Integrative Nutrition looks at the full picture of your health and wellness by combining nutritional therapy with Functional Medicine Nutrition.

At LOE Fitness, we approach health struggles such as chronic disease by looking beyond your physical symptoms and seeking to understand the root cause of the issue. We will assess factors such as your diet, energy levels, digestion, lifestyle, stress, and toxin exposure to understand environmental, physiological, and psychological factors that might be contributing to your overall health. We seek to optimize your body’s functions with a whole-foods-based diet and personalized lifestyle recommendations, while also helping you lose weight and feel your best!

When we’re assessing your needs, we will always suggest positive lifestyle changes and a whole-foods-based diet first! To eat our best, we recommend 7-9 servings of fruits and vegetables each day! However, If you struggle to eat this amount, we suggest a fruit and vegetable capsule called Juice Plus+ to help you “bridge the gap” between what you should be eating and what you are eating!

GROUP FITNESS

Do you prefer to exercise in a group? We do, too! At our gym, we love seeing groups of women and men supporting each other to reach their fitness goals! Group fitness classes not only improve your overall health and give you a great workout, they’re also a lot of fun!

- Fit and Fun for 50+: This group fitness class is designed for adults who enjoy moving to music and want a safe and effective low-impact cardiovascular workout. Movement not only promotes heart-healthy, total-body conditioning to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, but it also encourages balance, stretching, and mental stimulation to strengthen your brain and your overall cognitive functioning. So, if you want to have a lot of fun and tone up physically AND mentally…this class is for you!

- 6 Week Challenge (HIIT training/boot camp): This group fitness class uses short bursts of intensity to improve strength and build lean muscles. You will use free weights, aerobic steppers, and your own body weight as the primary form of equipment.


Curious how it works? Let us explain!

Our group trainer might have you do 35 seconds of overhead presses, followed by 25 seconds of rest. After those 25 seconds, the next exercise begins! The exercises can be as easy (or as difficult) as you want them to be based on how much weight you use! Beginners are encouraged and welcomed!
